The holo maps are heavily inspired by both previous work of my own and a talk by Chris Murphy ( https://twitter.com/highlyspammable ) from GDC 2019 ( https://youtu.be/etSfYfIIoSE ).
Hologram effect, based on a Niagara particle for the "light rays" and a skeletal mesh with a relatively simple shader for the "body".
